Lorand Ellis provides bespoke wardrobe and storage solutions including design, manufacturing, and installation services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of our quotations.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Quotations are based on information provided and site measurements taken
• Prices are fixed once a quotation is accepted, subject to no changes in specifications
• Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from initial assessment
• All prices include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon completion and customer approval
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card
• We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received as agreed

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by customer:

• You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a quotation for a full refund of deposit
• Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation charges will apply based on work completed
• Custom-made items cannot be refunded once manufacturing is complete

Cancellation by Lorand Ellis:

• We reserve the right to cancel any order with full refund of monies paid
• We will not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from cancellation

6. Installation and Access

The customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to installation areas
• Remove or protect valuable items in work areas
• Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available if required
• Inform us of any hazards or special conditions at the property
• Be present or provide access during scheduled installation times

7. Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• Structural integrity of installed products

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Modifications made by third parties
• Damage from building defects or moisture issues

8. Liability

Lorand Ellis will not be liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Pre-existing building defects or structural issues
• Damage to concealed pipes, cables, or services not identified before work
• Indirect or consequential losses

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Lorand Ellis. They may not be reproduced or used for any purpose other than the agreed project without written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints about our services:
